    DMCA Policy

    Bangladesh Result News respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow our DMCA takedown procedure:

    1. Notification:

    To file a DMCA takedown notice, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

    • Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
    • Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and information sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
    • Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
    • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
    • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
    1. Response:

    Once we receive a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will take the following actions:

    • We will remove or disable access to the infringing material.
    • We will notify the user who posted the infringing material that it has been removed or disabled.
    • We will provide the user with a copy of the DMCA takedown notice.
    1. Counter-Notice:

    If you believe that your material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice by sending an email to [email protected] with the following information:

    • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and information sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
    • Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
    • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
    • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA takedown notice or their agent.
    1. Resolution:

    Once we receive a valid DMCA counter-notice, we will take the following actions:

    • We will forward a copy of the counter-notice to the person who filed the original DMCA takedown notice.
    • We will restore the material that was removed or disabled, unless the person who filed the original DMCA takedown notice files an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our website.
